The Al Boom Diving Workshop on Al Wasl Road is ASSET (Association of Scuba Service Engineering Technicians) qualified to service dive equipment, carry out gas blending, and can carry out hydrostatic and visual tank inspections. ASSET is the highest qualification in the industry.

VisualPlus 3 inspection is available at Al Boom Diving. Endorsed by the major cylinder manufacturers, it is deemed the best inspection technology available. The eddy-current device eliminates human error and clearly identifies all types of cylinder damage and defects associated with the neck thread and checks the integrity of your cylinder – to take out the guess work before its too late! After many air fills, cylinders can weaken or split when filled.

Normal air fills – 15Dhs
Nitrox: normal sport mix 32%-36% – 35Dhs
If Over 36% please add 15 Dhs
Nitrox: deco mix (stage cylinders) choice of 50% or 80% oxygen content
Helium per litre, high grade medical – 40 Fils/l
Oxygen per litre, high grade medical – 20 Fils/l
Rental Policy for Tech Equipment
Valid ID must be produced
National ID, driving license, credit card, scuba card or passport
Deposit required
Because technical equipment is expensive
You must leave credit card details, on a credit card authorization form, as you will be responsible for the full cost if replacement of rented equipment and full cost of repair due to damage beyond normal usage if rentals are returned in the same condition as they went out then nothing will be charged.
Inspection
It is the divers’ responsibility to inspect all equipment before leaving Al Boom Diving. Our liability for incomplete or defective equipment is limited to refund or exchange only.
Late returns
Equipment returned late will be charged by the day.
